What does a corn treatment cost?

Removing a corn is included in the standard treatment of €45. If that is your only complaint it can be a short treatment for €28.50.

The explanation

A corn is callus with a point: on a small surface the hardening grows inwards and presses like a pin on the tissue underneath. That explains the sharp, stabbing pain with every step.

Patty removes the hardening including the core. That is precision work but not painful, because the tissue removed is dead. The pressure is gone immediately afterwards and many people notice the difference within the first few steps.

Corn plasters with salicylic acid are not recommended. The acid does not distinguish between the corn and the healthy skin around it, and with diabetes or reduced circulation a wound in that spot is a bigger problem than the corn itself.
