General terms and conditions

These general terms apply to all treatments and appointments at Pedicure Patty, Botter 96, 1625 DG Hoorn, KvK 95181180.

Article 1 - Appointments

An appointment is made once it has been confirmed by telephone, WhatsApp, email or through the form on this website. The practice is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00; it is closed at weekends.

Article 2 - Cancelling and rescheduling

If you cannot come, please let us know as soon as possible and at least twenty four hours in advance. If you cancel within twenty four hours or do not turn up, the reserved time may be charged. Illness and other unavoidable circumstances are handled reasonably.

Article 3 - Rates

The rates are: standard treatment €45 at the practice and €50 at your home, medical treatment €52.50 at the practice and €57.50 at your home, and a short treatment of up to thirty minutes €28.50. Current rates are on this website and are communicated before the treatment starts.

Article 4 - Payment

There is no card terminal. Payment is by Tikkie, by invoice or in cash. An invoice must be paid within fourteen days.

Article 5 - Your duty to inform

You are obliged to provide, before the treatment, all information relevant to a safe and responsible treatment. This includes diabetes, rheumatism, reduced circulation, blood thinners, skin conditions, allergies and medication. If your situation changes between appointments, please mention it at the next appointment.

Article 6 - Treatment and its limits

The treatment is carried out to the best of ability and in accordance with applicable professional guidelines. Pedicure Patty is not a doctor and does not make medical diagnoses. If a condition is suspected that requires medical assessment, such as an inflammation with pus or fever, the treatment is stopped or adjusted and you are referred to your GP.

Article 7 - Liability

Pedicure Patty is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you, nor for damage arising because advice given was not followed. Any liability is limited to the amount of the treatment concerned.

Article 8 - Complaints

If you are not satisfied, please let us know within fourteen days of the treatment via pedicurepraktijkpatty00@gmail.com or 06 23 66 24 85. We will always try to resolve it together.

Article 9 - Privacy

The privacy statement of Pedicure Patty applies to all treatments. You will find it elsewhere on this website.

Article 10 - Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all appointments and treatments.
